We pride ourselves on serving the best traditional full Scottish breakfast in Central Fife. However, for those preferring a healthier alternative! we do offer a range of lighter options in our cosy dining room where you can also enjoy an evening meal.
Cowdenbeath has a golf course, a wide range of shops, Railway station and is only minutes from the M90 motorway. Directly opposite the hotel is the entrance to a large park,ideal for walking or just a leisurely stroll on a warm evening.

With 9 well furnished rooms 6 of which are en-suite, we are able to offer an excellent standard of service and accommodation whilst maintaining the comfort and friendliness of a family run establishment.
The hotel is only minutes walk from the centre of the small Fife town of Cowdenbeath with its superb Leisure Centre, including swimming pool, gymnasium and sports hall.
Deceptively spacious, our hotel has its own bar and guests lounge allowing you to relax, unwind and enjoy a drink in comfortable surroundings. Most rooms have en-suite facilities and for our Guests (business and pleasure) we have recently installed WiFi for their convenience.
As we are so centrally located it allows fast access for our guests to reach their business customers and clients easily as well as having the major Scottish attractions throughout central Scotland within easy reach [Glasgow (60 min’s), Edinburgh (30 min's), Aberdeen (90 min’s), St Andrews (40 min’s), Dundee (35 min’s), Stirling (35 min’s) and Perth (30 min’s)].
Being only minutes from all the major motorways (M90, M8, M74, M92) and major roads means our guests can reach their business or pleasure destinations easily and with very little stress.
There are also the recreational amenities such as the internationally renowned world class championship golf courses of - St Andrews, Carnoustie, Muirfield and Gleneagles. As well as the Scottish gliding centre at Portmoak (15 minutes) or how about the world acclaimed ‘Falkirk Wheel’ (30 minutes) plus the ‘Forth Bridges - Road (now toll free) and the globally famous rail bridge.
